I/We the hirer(s) agree to keep the Stables Cottage/Peregrine Cottage in a clean condition during my/our stay, and be responsible for any damage and breakages. On my/our departure I/we will leave the cottages in a clean and tidy condition. 
I/we have read the Terms and Conditions of Hire and understand that this reservation is subject to those terms and conditions.                     NB Saddleworth Cottages are non smoking
