The properties have recently been converted from stables to a high standard and provide two semi detached
self contained units with pleasant views over garden and fields from every direction.
Both units have double glazing and central heating

	Stables Cottage (sleeps 4 adults + 1 child) One twin bedroom dressing area or child's room sitting room with sofa bed fully tiled shower room (with power shower) fully equipped kitchen with cooker, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside patio areas and ample space for parking

Both cottages have
TV’s, DVD’s, CD players, hair dryers, games and books.
For children, there is Playstation One available and a basketball net.
There is also a large flat field for football, cricket etc and an outdoor table tennis table, on request.

CHILDREN AND BABIES

Cot and highchair are provided and please feel free to move any furniture, ornaments and cleaning materials out of reach of your children during your stay.
A home safety kit containing plug socket covers, corner cushions and child proof latches can be found under the sink.

Also please be aware the main house next door has a garden pond which is about 2 ft deep and uncovered.

However, could I please ask you to put everything back where you found it before you leave. I have had a child myself and love to see them around the place but I know that with the best will in the world they can leave their little prints everywhere, so I kindly ask you, without being paranoid, just to bear this in mind and keep on top of it for the next guests..........Thank You.
