Directions
From M62 (East/Leeds).
Come off the M62 motorway at Junction 22 and T.L. onto
A672 S.P. Saddleworth/Oldham. On dropping down into Denshaw
village, turn left opposite the Junction Inn. This is a five-way
junction, so take care here and pass in front of the Post Office and
take the A6052 for Delph. (Not the road to Huddersfield).
On
approaching Delph there is a sharp right hand bend with a pub on the
left corner called the White Lion. Turn left here by the side of the pub
onto Delph Lane. Continue up here until you have passed every house on
your right hand side and then turn first right onto Sandbed Lane. The
first gate on the right accesses the property
From M62 (West)

the roundabout at the bottom (Shaw A663). Go along here for about ½

at the end of this road, (Junction Pub on left) cross over the A627 and
bear immediately right in front of the Post Office S.P. Delph onto
A6052.
Take care here, its a funny 5 way junction and you could find
yourself in Huddersfield!.
